This policy describes how information submitted through the Southwest Florida Investor Opportunities website is handled. This site is operated by Ed Grabowski, Associate Broker with Preferred Shore Real Estate.
Information collected
When you submit an investor registration or a property-sale inquiry, we receive the name, email address, cell number, and other information you choose to provide. Investor registrations may include descriptions of investment property interests. Seller inquiries may include a property address and comments. We also record the date of your inquiry, your email-opportunity preference, and referral or campaign information associated with the form.
How your information is used
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, contact you personally, understand your real estate objectives, maintain our professional relationship records, and, when requested, send selected investment opportunities by email. Submission information and follow-up records are maintained in Pipedrive, our customer relationship management system. Supplying a cell number does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages or automated marketing calls.
Service providers and security
We use service providers, including Cloudflare for website hosting and form security and Pipedrive for relationship records, to process information on our behalf. We may use telephone or email service providers when communicating with you. We do not sell your personal information or share your mobile number or messaging consent with unrelated parties for their promotional use. We use reasonable measures designed to protect the information submitted through this site, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
Website analytics and operation
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, traffic sources, page views, and the number of successfully submitted investor registration and property disposition forms. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information including browser and device characteristics, approximate location, and website interactions. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, comments, or investment preferences in the analytics events sent when a form is completed. The website may also process technical information such as security signals and IP addresses to operate the site and protect its forms against abuse. Campaign links may include source-tracking parameters so we can understand which outreach prompted an inquiry.
Your choices
If you request investor opportunity emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the opt-out instructions provided with those messages or by contacting us directly. You can also ask us to update your contact information or stop following up about your inquiry. We keep records for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable business or legal obligations, including records of unsubscribe requests.
